Advertise a Meetup, Group Buy or Event

Our Facebook Group (Making Vanilla Extract by VanillaPura) has over 125,000 members from all around the world. We help each other learn best practices about extract making, and when group members take their finished extracts to fairs, farmers markets and other venues, other group members want to support them. 

At least once every month (sometimes more often) we make a single post in our group - alphabetized by state - advertising where group members will be and on what date, so other group members can show up and support them. 

Some group members aren't selling anything and simply want to organize meetups, to meet other group members that live nearby. They may organize a lunch, or a day of extract-bottle shopping, spirit shopping or buying other supplies together that are needed for extract making. 

If you would like to advertise your extract selling event, organize a group buy (where one person makes a large purchase on behalf of lots of people for lower prices and free shipping) or if you would like to organize a meetup, simply fill out the form above with the details of your event, including location, date and time, and we'll include your business or your meetup in our post. Of course, to keep the post organized and helpful, we do have some rules for those that we will accept to be on our post:

1. You must be a member of our group (Making Vanilla Extract by VanillaPura) for at least 90 days.
2. You must have made at least 1 helpful post every month for the last 3 months within our group about your extract making journey. 
3. You must be a current VanillaPura customer, which means you must have made at least 1 purchase (any value) on VanillaPura.com in the last 45 days. 
4. If you are attending the same event as someone else that also requested to advertise on our post, our oldest customers will get priority for advertising that event. Previous and past group experts within our group will also be given priority. You will be notified if this is the case. 
5. Per our group rules, you are not permitted to self-promote your business in any way within our group.
6. We reserve the right to change the above criteria at any time based on experience.
