Click the circle next to "Pay in 4 installments":

As you continue, you will be asked to verify your identify by providing your birth date: (No credit check is conducted but the date of birth that you used on your credit card will be verified to ensure that you are the card owner.)

 

Finally, confirm your purchase in 4 equal installments:

 

That's it! Your first charge will be 14 days from the date of your order and then an equal charge will be made every 14 days until all 4 payments have been made.
