When you first open a pouch of Palani India vanilla beans, your nose will be met with traditional vanilla notes that are magnified by its earthy richness. These vanilla beans are very oily and rich with vanillin. They are usually between 5" and 7" inches long and have a dark brown color. Usually 6-11 vanilla beans are in 1oz.
