Greetings from Colombia and welcome to our first-ever vanilla bean from the beautiful country that boasts beautiful beaches, tropical landscapes, world-famous coffee and now a super sweet vanilla bean from a small farm. 

This V.tahitensis bean is loaded with a blend of aromas and flavors that is sure to impress, including undertones of cherry and soft hits of mocha - which shouldn't come as a surprise given the beautiful coffee that originates from this country. 

We named this vanilla bean The Cali after one of the largest cities in Colombia and home to several coffee and sugar producers that helped to build the cities economy. We hope to see vanilla become and equally important export to Colombia in the future.
